To succeed as a Safety and Security Manager you will need:
• university degree and/or proven knowledge in the field of international Safety & Security and/or accident prevention
• min. 10 years of experience in the field of international safety & security and accident prevention
• min. 7 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational company
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Safety & Security Manager your responsibilities are to lead the Safety, Security and Crisis management Centre of Expertise to ensure a holistic and proactive risk handling for Ingka Group. You will ensure risks are identified, assessed and treated and that our co-workers, customers, and assets are protected from preventable loss, injury or illness.
Amongst others you will:
• lead and develop the Safety, Security and Crisis management Centre of Expertise
• inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture
• monitor and follow-up on major and critical internal audit reports
• be accountable for the development of standards and delivery of subject matter expertise support related to natural hazards, crisis management and safety & security
• be accountable for internal investigations in the field of Fire Safety, Occupational Safety and Security
• lead and operate Critical Information Flow with 24/7 readiness to quickly and appropriately inform all relevant stakeholders in case of potential crisis
You will lead the global Safety and Security team and are reporting to the Group Business Risk & Compliance Manager. The position is placed in Malmö.
