On top of that, we churn out a ton of content for social media, not to mention motion media and 3D work so cutting edge that it makes the folks in California sit up and take notice.

Right now we are looking for a Safety & Security Manager.
Safety in ICOM is about making every day for our coworkers in the studio and on location, to be about creativity whilst feeling secure that we have assessed and proactively safeguarded their work environment.

As Safety & Security Manager you will work close to the ICOM management team and be responsible for the physical work environment, security and maintenance.

In the role you will be responsible for:
-Lead the proactive safety and security work in all the work environments at ICOM, identifying existing and emerging risks and minimizing the impact of these within the scope of the work
-Secure a consistent basis via regular series of audits, follow-ups, education, training by being a strong facilitator
-Act as ICOM responsible contact towards Inter IKEA units Emergency response teams when serious incident has occurred and initiate investigations when appropriate
-Organize and establish effective procedures so that Insurance claims are analyzed and properly coordinated
-Establish procedures and support the units in ensuring that risk-related weaknesses are regularly analyzed and identified
-Constantly work to increase the risk awareness
-Accountable for an efficient maintenance work that supports all safety and security aspects
-Work in partnership with the Management Team regarding sensitive issues
-Accountable for and manager of the department working with Safety, Security and maintenance

To be successful in this role, we think you are:
Knowledgeable about IKEA brand, culture and values and is interested in creating a safe and compliant environment. With your communication skills you are able to create relationships and trust on all levels of the organization. As a person you lead by example have a high level of integrity and independence with an outgoing and structured way of working. You must have the ability to act decisively when in control of a high risk situation and remain calm.

You must also have:
-Experience working with Risk Management
-Knowledge of relevant Safety & Security processes, tools and working methods according to work focus
-Experience of leading projects and/or people
-Fluently speaking and writing in English
