CCI is a leading supplier of valves for the Power and the Oil and Gas Industry worldwide.

The Technical Services Organization within CCI is responsible for resolving field problems which require in-depth investigations and engineered solutions.

It is another vital part of our organization to ensure communication with and support of the customers in critical situations.

 

Senior Technical Service Engineer.

In order to complete our European organization we are looking for a senior engineer who will be part of the Sweden Technical Services Team.

Main duties: Resolution of complex field problems by quick reaction to customer claims, clear customer communication and careful evaluation of the technical problemImplementation of innovative solutions in close cooperation with Engineering, Manufacturing and the Field Service Organization Aftermarket and new contract sales support by promoting technical solutions to solve field problems with both CCI and competitor valves/actuators/instrumentation.

Measure service performance and success in problem resolution.

Support the European Manager of Technical Services with development and implementation of processes improvement tools.

Requirements: Degree in Engineering with 5 to 10 years of profound engineering, technical sales and/or commissioning experience, basic knowledge of thermodynamics & fluid dynamics as well as steels & welding. Strong customer service orientation with proven communication skills. Self-confident, trustworthy with a strong sense of urgency in solving problems.

Fluency in English is a prerequisite, Swedish knowledge would be an advantage. Willingness to travel domestic and abroad.
