HONN Fine Jewelry is a family-owned company who have designed jewelry and been diamond wholesalers for three generations. When it comes to bespoke design we possess a limitless ability.
Main responsibilities include:
-Welcome and serve the customer, provide the best in store client experience
-Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
-Deal effectively with customer queries and after sales care
-Maintain the sales floor and visual display to a high standard in line with brand guidelines
-Follow the company operational guidelines, policies and stock procedures
-Supporting the Store Manager in any back of house and administrative operations as requested
Competencies and Experience Required:
-Good working knowledge of computer systems
-Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Demonstrable sales skills
-Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion
-Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
-Seeks opportunities to be proactive and preempt client needs
-Previous retail sales experience in fashion luxury brands or jewelry brands would be beneficial
