Your Impact
As a Sales Account Executive, you will work directly with small and medium-sized enterprises in Sweden, helping them grow and expand their businesses. You will manage inbound leads while also creating new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. You will sell both our CRM and Mar-Tech solutions. Please note that you will focus solely on acquiring new logos, as existing clients are managed by a separate team.

Key Responsibilities
Execute complete sales cycles, consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly targets for new business.
Source potential prospects through your own outbound activities.
Conduct qualification discussions with senior executives and department leaders.
Conduct online product demonstrations and occasionally arrange in-person presentations.
Identify client needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Navigate sales through internal advocates to multiple decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the Projects, Customer Success, and Security teams, to address client needs and respond to inquiries.



About YOU
Strong sales skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume transactional sales with B2B clients.
Experience in the CRM/Martech/SaaS industry is a plus.
Native-level fluency in Swedish and good command of English.
Quota-driven and experienced in creating and managing high-performing sales funnels.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for acquiring new logos.
Excellent presentation and listening skills.
Strong engagement and sense of ownership.
Ability to collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment.
Resourceful and seen as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
