As a Sales Account Manager, you will be part of Energy Industries, a division within the Process Automation business area that delivers solutions in Automation, Digitalization and Electrification to our customers, primarily in the energy & water, chemistry, food and pharmaceutical segments in Sweden. We have offices all over Sweden close to our customers, but our main operation and sales offices are in Västerås, Kista, Gothenburg and Malmö. In this role, you report to the Sales Manager. Location is at our office in Västerås or Kista.
In this position you will use your experience and expertise to understand customers need and how we can help them with our unique competence in automation, digital and integrated solutions. To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to close sales opportunities, collaborate with experts within ABB to identify solutions and a willingness to win. In addition, develop and maintain customer relationships is essential to further strengthens ABBs position in the market.

Your responsibilities
Account responsibility for selected customers in Power and Water, chemical & refinery and/or food & beverage.
Identify and establish new sales accounts within region.
Build and maintain relationships in all levels within the customers organization.
Sell project and service business with focus on automation and digital solutions.

Your background
A Bachelor engineering degree or equivalent.
You have experience from technical sales and/or engineering, either from the process industry or the IT-industry.
Experience from selling or working in a project business is a plus.
You have excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships.
You have a strong customer focus and act as a team player both externally and internally.
You have an “go and get attitude” and result-oriented approach.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required.
