As part of our internationalisation we are looking for someone to fill a permanent role in Karlstad as Sales + Administration Employee Scandinavia.

As a Sales and Administration Employee your daily work consists of:

• Preparing and maintaining customer master data.
• Customer service and information (written and by telephone).
• Preparing and following up on quotes and comprehensive processing of orders.
• Providing verbal and written clarification both internally and externally in relation to customers and orders.
• Acting as point of contact for customer complaints and returns.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support for field staff (including reporting to management).
• Preparing statistics, reports and presentations (for head office/sales support).
• Operation of a systematical dunning process in accounts receivable.
• Involvement in national marketing activities and implementation of peripheral and main measures.
• Organising and coordinating participation in trade fairs and exhibitions in cooperation with head office.
• Support for representation of the company at trade fairs and regional exhibitions.


To suceed in this postion your profile consists of:

• Ability to contribute actively to the complete, sustainable success and growth of the company.
• Ability to make recommendations regarding marketing and sales promotion activities.
• Active sharing of views and knowledge with Managing Director, Project Manager and Head Office.
• Commercial training and good technical knowledge, or technical training followed by further training as Technical Business Manager.
• Several years professional experience of administration and sales in industry or service sales.
• Capable of independent action to complete the tasks required.


You are also comfortable with the english language, both oraly and in writing.
