Job Description
We are looking for a French speaking Sales Administration Officer to our customer in Lund. In this position you’ll play a vital role in our customers dynamic team’s success to handle all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination.
You will focus on acting as the main contact for customers & market companies for parts orders and inquiries, and respond to incoming orders and aid queries per phone and e-mail. Also you will execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems, and follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements. You will assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, and at the lowest cost. As a Sales Administration Officer you will also work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments, and continuously build and use your network of colleagues & external partners for support.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our customer wants to start 2021-03-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-08-31 with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client.
