About the role
As Sales Administrator at Alexis, you will work closely with the sales team and support them with:
Prospecting
List building
Data entry into CRM system
Data enrichment of our current CRM entries
Using different prospecting tools to find the best formula of how to improve on the quality of leads that are passed onto sales

Parttime: 10-20 hours/week
Pay: 130 kr/hour
Location: Stockholm/Remote
Start: Asap


We'd love for you to visit our office from time to time so you can get to know our fantastic sales team and, of course, the rest of us! But the work tasks can be done remotely at any time of the day or week.


As we grow, chances are very good that you will get a full-time position at Alexis after graduation.
Your qualifications
You are currently a student looking for a part-time job.
You already have work experience.
Professional language skills in English, both written and spoken.
You live close enough to be able to come to our office in Stockholm.

We consider it a merit if you also have experience of:
Working independently with something administrative-related, using digital tools.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot.
