TATAA is recruiting a passionate individual to join the growing Finance team. We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to help us achieve our goals. The scope of this role encompasses coordinating the communication around customer projects from the development of statement of work and quote to the final invoicing between the business development team, commission service operation and finance.
The Sales Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, to handle, follow up and oversee the invoicing process including registering components used within the individual projects in NetSuite Oracle system, checking the accuracy of invoices before written and ensuring that the difference sales and financial systems are updated accordingly.
Main responsibilities
• Maintaining records for all transactions, to handle, follow up and oversee the invoicing process.
• Registering components used within the individual projects in NetSuite Oracle system
• Registering in our financial systems and coordinate between other involved
• Checking the accuracy of invoices before written
• They may also be required to liaise with other departments
• Reconciliations, claims management, payment monitoring.
• Communication between different departements
• Time planning and follow-ups, make sure that all invoicing is done on time
• Perform other responsibilities and related duties as needed.
KVALIFIKATIONER
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and additional European languages (added value)
• In depth knowledge with using CRM systems like SalesForce and various financial systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience from working with administration of sales orders, quotes and customer invoicing
