Our customer is looking for a Sales Administrator, who is structured and attentive to details. In this role you will be supporting the Sales and Market functions.
Your assignments will be:
- Managing meetings
- Preparing schedules
- Managing and follow-up on orders and invoicing
- Lead and support in misc forums
- Preparing sales material for misc meetings and presentations
- Coordinate activities with other functions
- Collect KPI & status reports
Requirements:
- Experience from similar positions
- Knowledge in SAP or ERP system
- Experience from working in a larger global company
- Ability to coordinate several assignments
- Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken
