Sales Administrator for LG Electronics (Home Appliances) - Stockholm

On behalf of our client LG Electronics we are now looking for a Sales Administrator located at LG´s Nordic head office in Akalla, Stockholm.

About the Role

You will be part of our Sales & Marketing Director Home Appliances team for LG Electronics Nordic AB (LGE Nordic).

The position is permanent and based at their Stockholm HQ office, where you will be reporting to the Home Appliance Sales & Marketing Director.

Key Operational Responsibilities

The Home Appliances Sales Administrator will work to support the Sales- and Marketing team and its Director in various administrative tasks, mainly focused on reporting and system management as well as supporting forecasting and intake planning.

- As the Administrator you will also be preparing presentation materials and draft internal and external communication at the discretion of the Director.
- The position requires strong flexibility and adaptability as day-to-day tasks may change rapidly.


Background and Experience

- Business-level Swedish and English language skills - spoken and in writing.
- Strong Finnish language skills - spoken and in writing.
- Basic understanding of the Norwegian and Danish languages.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Particularly strong Excel skills are required.
- General computer knowledge required for working in proprietary LG and customer systems.
- Multitasking ability is required.
- Ability to express oneself professionally in writing in a way suitable for communicating with clients/corporations on behalf of LG.
- Previous knowledge of a manufacturer or retail sales organization is meritorious.
