Sales Advisor to BMW Northern Europe – a part of BMW Group

We are now looking for a Sales Advisor to one of the world´s most leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles – the BMW Group.

What awaits you?
As a Sales Advisor you are a part of the Sales Operations team. Your main responsibility is to support BMW dealerships in Northern Europe with different questions in order to make the sales process more efficient.

• You will support the dealerships in the Nordic markets with daily errands and assist with information regarding order management, production availability, delivery, product questions and price related questions, mainly via email.
• Supervise and make changes in order from the dealership.
• Update prices and handling different models and product information in our order system.
• Order cars for internal use.
• You will also support our internal sales departments and assist with administrative support.

What should you bring along?
You have previous experience from a position with customer focus and you have great administrative skills

• Attention to details with a passion for five-star service and support
• An ability to plan and structure your workday
• You have great communicative skills and are a self-driven person
• Experience of working in different systems as well as MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent skills in both Swedish and English

Further information
The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts.
The position is full-time and you will be employed as a consultant with Jurek. The employment is permanent.
