We’re looking for an outstanding full time Sales Agent to strengthen our Sales Team. At Capcito we are obsessed about giving the customer a great experience and helping them to grow by smart financial solutions. Our Sales Team interacts with our customers to help them use the unprecedented smart financial products we sell - so sky is the limit!

What you’ll be doing

Our culture is fast and fun, and we expect you to be the same. We call ourselves pioneers in intelligent financing. Based on real-time data we have developed our own technology platform for automated lending and risk assessment of businesses. As a sales person nailing the deal makes your heart tick. But most important of all, you’re a team player and a doer who isn’t afraid rolling up your sleeves. You are expected to develop a good understanding of the risk aspect, and when and why different types of setups work for different customer types.

- Talk and write to entrepreneurs, CEOs and CFOs about their businesses and financing needs
- Sell our products by calling both warm and cold leads
- Assist in credit assessments
- Get training in sales techniques, accounting, credit assessment and business financing
- Get motivated by compensation for great results and excellent benefits


You have

- Interpersonal skills
- A proven quick-learner ability and you are both competitive on an individual and team level
- A “can do”-attitude and a master of problem-solving skills
- Inner drive to learn and improve over time
- A business driven and innovative approach
- Great communications skills in both swedish and english


A bonus if you have any of the following

- Experience from sales
- Studies in business and/or economics
- Experience from working in a start-up environment
