We offer you the chance to become part of the Regional Customer Service Team - for Professional Hygiene at Essity where we have two open positions. Position can be located in Gothenburg, Allerod, Oslo, Espoo or Vilnius.

About the role
In this role, in Essity titled Customer Service Specialist, you will work in the Back-Office team for Region North. The team focuses on tasks such as Bonus, Pricing, Price support and statistics.
You will drive one or more processes within these areas to deliver service to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Tasks within the team
Handling and maintaining pricing, price support contract set up and rebate conditions in SAP S4Hana
Handling, processing, maintenance and query resolution for customer pricing support claims and rebate payments
Working with finance / controlling to support the calculation of trade program / rebate accruals
Be the main speaking partner for sales related to customer pricing, administration and statistics
Managing customer deviation queries and complaints
Responsible for query handling and complaint resolution related to all pricing errors, contractual terms and conditions and trade program administration
Dispenser contract administration management
Working with finance / controlling to support reconciliation of accruals in line with payments made
Responsible for reporting and analytics related to payments made
Understanding of our customer's needs, build trusting relationships and providing high quality service to both internal and external customers

Who You Are

University education with focus on business, economics or similar
Minimum 2-5 years of working experience
Good to Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel
Languages: One or more Nordic languages. Finnish is an advantage
Fluent in English – written and verbal.
Experience of working as Sales analyst is an advantage
SAP C/4 and S/4 HANA competence is a valuable skill
Power BI is a valuable skill
