We are now expanding our workforce and are looking for more stars who wish to work part-time in our sales and customer service team.
The person we are looking for is service-minded, responsible, structured and flexible. You will be working towards high set goals so it is important that you don’t easily get stressed and always keep a positive attitude.
Main responsibilities
• Provide service for our international customers
• Customer service and sales via mail and live chat
• Handle complaints and returns
Requirements for the role
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Very good computer experience
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in a good way
• Positive mindset and a professional approach
Other information
Employment type: Extra/hourly, according to schedule. In peak season (November-December) we want you to be able to work at least 75% (mainly evenings).
