Centriair is growing and is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Director for Centriair with the ability to grow the business in the German exhaust air purification market. Centriair develops and offers leading technology solutions for odour reduction and reduction of industrial airborne emissions. Our customers are primarily found in the European food industry market as well as in biogas, sewage and waste facilities. In Germany, our office is located in Edingen-Neckarhausen.

We are currently looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Director with experience in technical sales

We are looking for a person with a solid experience in leading and developing sales and marketing of technical applications for industry. Your background is in sales and marketing, and you have a good technical understanding and an interest in developing a strong sales organisation in an expansive market.

As Sales and Marketing Director, you are responsible for all sales activities in Germany, and you and your sales team will have the support of a highly skilled technical organisation as well as all project managers and project design engineers in both Sweden and Germany. In this role, you will work with developing marketing and streamlining sales processes to increase activity and strengthen Centriair's business.

You will be responsible for managing sales for Centriair's entire product portfolio as well as the region's marketing and sales budget. You will collaborate with the project organisation to ensure customer retention and Centriair's deliveries, both internally and externally.

We are looking for a person with experience in driving change management in a technical sales organisation, and who has been involved in building a successful department, in line with the agreed-upon goals. Furthermore, you will focus on developing the customer base and increasing sales in the DACH region, together with your team.

Actively participate and run strategically important accounts and business
Create an efficient sales process and a strong sales tea
Introduce new technology and products to the market
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. You have excellent skills in Microsoft Office and are preferably experienced in both CRM and ERP systems and have a good understanding of business.
You will report to the CEO and will be part of the management team.

Background and experience

You have a degree in engineering and solid experience of commercial responsibility in a technical environment. Furthermore, you have worked with developing sales in the German market and its neighbouring countries and have experience of project sales. You should also be accustomed to working with analyses and follow-ups of sales activities, and be familiar with working with B2B sales and managing digital marketing.

As a person, you are business-oriented with good technical understanding. You have a natural ability to engage a sales organisation and make them flourish and perform optimally. As you will have many different contacts both externally and internally, we are looking for a person who instills confidence and has a natural ability to establish new connections and create good relationships. We would also like you to be unpretentious, communicative and flexible. You thrive in a growing organisation and have a knack for leading change.
