Role Description
TATAA is recruiting a passionate individual to join the growing Commercial Operations team. We are looking for a qualified Sales and Marketing Operations specialist to help us achieve our goals. The scope of this role is to be responsible for supporting and enabling this growing team by everyday support on their activities as well as continued improvement of their processes.
The tasks are very variable, including acute trouble shooting activities like for example special quote generation, information gathering, generating marketing material, support with the use of Salesforce (CRM system), updating od functions within SalesForce and more long-term activities like creating and analyzing different financial or sales report, handling of different lists of lead, contact opportunities etc. The function requires exceptional communication capabilities with many different functions and geographies, great understanding the commercial processes as well as a good understanding of the workflow within the TATAA CSO team. Besides this you need to have a flexible and service minded attitude. It is a great position to get insight to all functions of the company and make a difference by solving issues and improving processes.
You will be reporting to the CCO and be open for working part of your time on site at the headquarter in Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities
• Website/Web portal maintenance: making sure that the website is up to date,
• Negotiate with vendors relevant to the commercial team
• Execute and monitor marketing activities in the different regions.
• Coordinate and collaborate in the execution of conferences/webinars
• Interact with marketing vendors to promote content marketing.
• Closely participate in meetings with the Management Team and Marketing to ensure
• alignment and to keep the commercial team up to date.
• You will also be required to liaise with other departments
• Developed content marketing, including promotional emails, landing pages, slides, and
• social media posts.
• Create marketing reports to measure lead capture.
• Create sales reports for regular meetings and ad hoc reports on request.
• Be the first line Salesforce support
• Communicate special requests between the field sales team and all internal functions
• Perform other responsibilities and related duties as needed.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Requirements
• BS in Biology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences field
• Masters in business administration, entrepreneurship, finance
• Proven work experience within business administration preferably within the life science commission service driven companies
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and additional European languages (added value), specifically phone and email skills in an international environment
• In depth knowledge with using CRM systems like SalesForce and various financial systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Used to working in an international environment
• Structured, Solution-oriented having strong Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Really good communicator who makes sure to solve problems through direct contact with interested parties
• Strong Excel skills. Design software experience
