Job Description
Using your creative and innovative ideas, you will work on devising winning sales strategies and marketing plans for our product and service offerings within the company group. You will be responsible for various sales, marketing and business development activities such as developing and executing sales plans, sales processes, marketing and communication strategies. You will be responsible for creating and driving impactful marketing campaigns and promotions, generating sales leads, customer acquisition, client relationship management, etc.
You will support the creation and maintenance of our business development road map for new and existing business domain areas. You will analyze sales data, gather market insights and utilize these in developing and executing strategies to improve sales and drive revenue growth.
You will pride yourself as the owner of the sales and marketing business function and use your skills to acquire new business opportunities and enhance the company’s visibility and recognition to achieve overall organizational success.

Who are you
You are highly creative and innovative with a winning mindset and have a strong passion for sales and marketing.
You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
You have experience in developing sales processes, marketing strategies, and client relationships.
You have strong knowledge and skills in online and offline sales and marketing.
You have hands-on experience in creating and executing offline, online and social media marketing campaigns.
You have good skills in using any sales and marketing tools/platforms, business productivity tools (Microsoft 365). Some skills in graphic design tools is a plus.
You have relevant academic background (minimum of a Diploma or BSc in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, IT/Technology, Engineering or similar. Other academic backgrounds shall be considered if the candidate has demonstrated experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
You have fluent/native skills in Swedish and good English skills.
You have excellent documentation, communication, and reporting skills.


Meritorious/Very good to have
You have good knowledge and experience in IT/Tech/Software sales.
You have a background in IT/Tech, Engineering, and Software.
You know how to leverage AI tools for sales and marketing.
