About the position
Perido is looking for someone who speaks both Finnish and English fluently and wants to work in The Sales and Merchant support for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions all over Europe. Here you’ll become part of a wonderful team at the company’s modern and open headquarter in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
You’ll play an important role in guiding the merchants through the sales and onboarding process via phone and email. You’ll also get to shine with your administrative skills in this role. Specifically, this means…
Reach out by phone and email to prospects that showed initial interest
Take incoming calls and emails from leads that wants to start selling with the company
Convert incoming leads into qualified opportunities.
Guide merchants through the Automatic Onboarding process to support the merchant until live. This includes handling both incoming and outgoing calls, chats and emails.
Support with integration questions in the Automatic Onboarding process.
Delivery work, putting merchants live.
Answer sales related questions about products, markets and questions about the agreement (payment delay, reservation time etc.)
Working with existing merchants contacting for upsales e.g. wanting to add a new market or product.

Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with previous experience within support and is passionate about problem solving. You thrive when the tempo is high, and you know how to work efficiently without compromising the quality of service. We see that you are fluent in Finnish as well as in English, which are the two languages you will use in your daily work. Furthermore, we believe you are social, driven and kind and always want to do your very best.

Requirements
High School education
Experience with support, administration or similar tasks
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

Meritorious
Bachelor's or master’s degree
Communication skills in Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full time, 5 months. Start as soon as possible.
