Would you like to work with legendary brands such as Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat and Fiat Professional? Astara is now looking for a Sales and Network Manager to Sweden.

As a Sales and Network Manager, you are responsible for building the complete chain within vehicle sales, from order intake to the floor at the dealer. Your mission is to develop, manage and maximize sales volume, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Network Manager ensures the quality of our brands by acting as a link between principal, importer and the dealer network. You build good and reliable customer relationships and actively support marketing and sales of dealers to ensure brand awareness growth, continued business growth, increased customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. You report to the Brand Director for Sweden and lead your team effectively.

Sales and Network Manager is also responsible for:
• Overall business development under the Sales and Network umbrella
• Maintaining vehicle flow, balancing the demands from our manufacturer’s production capacity to the dealers’ need for cars
• Maintaining a correct plan for KPI´s towards the dealer network to meet market shares
• Within the Network area, train dealers in line with the quality management system and measure NPS
• Overall budgeting regarding Sales and Network
• Order intake, stock turnover, registration
• Dealer network management
• Fleet sales

Profile
To be able to succeed in this role we appreciate that you have sales leadership experience (minimum 5 years) and have had full responsibility of budget and results. You also have experience from leading employees. You are a strategic and analytical sales person, with a “customer first” mindset. You have good knowledge of the automotive business. However it is not necessary that you have experience from a car dealership or a car importer. Applicants from associated industries such as car finance, spare parts etc. are encouraged to apply.
