Sales and Operations Process Expert

Do you want to travel and work in a global team? Are you skilled in IT and wish to gain valuable experience from a diverse field, ranging from sales to production? If so, we want you on our team!

We are currently in an intensive change phase, introducing new ways to work regarding control and operations of the supply chain, as well as implementing support for the new operating model and a superior end-to-end planning tool. In accordance with the focus of our change management work, we are now looking for a Sales and Operations Process Expert to work in a result-oriented manner toward clear and inspiring goals.

Key performance areas
As our expert in sales and operations processes, you will be working in close cooperation with solution architects, process owners, the Common Way of Working team and IT developers, and your main responsibilities include:

- Participating in the implementation team for new product areas as an internal consultant through life cycle implementation, using implementation methodology to develop and implement forecasting, replenishment or supply planning solutions to address business objectives and priorities
- Leading and executing the design, configuration, modeling and roll-out phases of the Solutions Delivery process
- Leading training for end users and project team members
- Providing internal consulting and advisory services in support of implementations across multiple regions
- Assisting in the gathering of requirements, development of test cases, and alignment of design changes with existing business processes
- Understanding software capabilities, determining possible configuration and reviewing enhancements
- Interacting with IT and other parts of the organization to define a plan of action and approaches to enhance solutions implemented as part of continual improvement
- Liaising with the Logility support team when required

The position involves approximately 40-60 days of travelling per year.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in IT and/or Logistics; alternatively you have gained equivalent knowledge in a different manner. You have at least five years of work experience, as well as experience handling IT issues with both internal and external parties. Furthermore, you possess knowledge of business process implementations and analytic skills and are familiar with Excel and ERP systems. If, in addition, you have experience from facilitating and educating, change management and project work, this will be considered advantageous, as will knowledge of the Voyager system. You also need to be proficient in English, both written and spoken.

As a person, you are a pedagogical relationship builder, with good communication and leadership skills. You are driven, independent and pedagogical, and tend to become the backbone of any team.
