Our steadily growing Heat Pump Service business is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Sales and Project Coordinator. You will work together with our sales and project management organization, managing all commercial and financial aspects throughout the entire sales/ bid process and project execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Supporting financial and commercial activities during the sales/bid phase and project execution, such as cost and margin analysis, terms of payment, invoicing, focusing on cash flow, cost tracking, and reporting.
* Handling commercial offer in SAP together with the Sales manager.
* Preparing and support commercial sales/bid approvals and respective quality gates.
* Supporting the Project Manager in identifying, evaluating, and assessing risks & opportunities, negotiating changes with customers or vendors, as well as in developing strategies, and response activities.
* Taking ownership and support for forecasting Order entry, revenue, profit margin, and cash flow on a monthly basis.
* Supporting the implementation of lessons learned into projects and the organization in general and help to increase the calculation accuracy of our bids through early involvement.
* Managing relationships with external project partners and internal functions for example for invoicing.
* Supporting Service Manager in yearly pricing process and maintenance of the calculation tool.
* Responsible for the archiving routines and archiving within Service Heat Pump

What You Bring
* Education in finance/ business administration/ accounting or another relevant field in the financial environment.
* 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant finance field.
* Proactive, solution and diligent attitude.
* Responsible, accurate, collaborative, engaged, and reliable.
* English and Swedish at a professional working proficiency level. German language is considered a plus.
* Experience on working with projects or sales is considered a plus.
* Good knowledge of Excel and SAP is an advantage.

About the Team

You will be part of a Service Heat Pump team of approximate 20 people. We work closely together with New Unit Business for being one heat pump team. We sell, plan and carry out maintenance, rebuilding and modernization of large (10-30MWth) heat pumps/cooling systems mainly in Sweden, but through the reintroduction of new sales, we have customers outside Sweden such as in Germany.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
