We are looking for our next Sales & Project Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with international projects and develop your skills both within sales and project management.
As sales & project manager you drive the sales from start to finish in order to provide the best possible technical and commercial solution. You identify, initiate and develop sales projects related to different applications by using our own technology and consequently adding real value to our customers.
Main responsibilities
Identify and analyze the stakeholders needs and build up a relation with key customers
Initiate, formulate and implement new solutions for innovation
Build, maintain and utilize a network of internal and external stakeholders and focus on strategic customers
Initiate sales projects, defining scope and activities, lead decision making
Formulate the sales project plan and required resources
Develop the commercial offer with cost estimation and margin
Negotiate with external parties, acquire approval to close contracts
Is the commercial representative towards the client in execution of contracts
Frequently report on-going and potential sales projects within the responsible area
Business intelligence regarding competitors’ activities and capacities
Project manager for smaller service projects
Ensure safe working practices when working at customers sites
Qualifications
University degree in science
Min 5 years’ experience of sales and marketing of project and equipment sales
Excellent skills in chemical engineering
Good understanding of the Pulp & Paper business in order to understand the market trends and customer needs
Minimum five years’ experience in capital project business, in Pulp or Chemical Process industry
Good project management skills
Negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking.
Strong in communication.
Strong leadership qualifications.
Multi culturally know how
Good understanding of international Legal and Financial matters related to project sales
Fluent in Swedish, English and preferably a third language (Spanish, Portuguese)

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Eka Engineering Manager, and based in Bohus, Sweden.
