Sales and Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Talent Manager to develop relationships with leads that have been established in addition to finding new ones in the Nordic region.


What you will be selling: you will be selling the services of offshore consultants based in Pakistan. The team there consists of approx. 200 experienced software resources who specialize in Blockchain, Crypto, and general Payment technology development services.


You will also be working closely with a small team of project managers and product owners based in our central Stockholm office.


Responsibilities
Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
Meet with potential partners and work towards contract signing



Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
3+ years of sales consulting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Swedish or another Nordic language is advantageous



Our office is located in central Stockholm at Kungsgatan 10.
