What you’ll be doing

Fall of 2021 might just become our most exciting yet, and now we’re looking for a colleague who’ll be right at the frontline of this journey: Our next Sales Assistant! In this role you’ll join our committed Sales Teams in Gothenburg and the US, driving our international expansion. With customers all around the globe, you’ll be focusing on one of the world’s largest markets, the US, by bringing in new business and creating strong relationships.

As our new Sales Assistant a typical day includes just about the whole sales cycle: prospecting, identifying new partnerships and potential projects as well as book and attend customer meetings. No detail goes unnoticed when you’re in the room and in charge of taking notes. Your title might say Assistant, but you know that you have a key role to play: you love coming to work with a mindset of always moving the needle forward - be it pre-meeting, meeting or post-meeting. Moreover, you’ll write offers, work in our CRM system and execute on various sales activities.

On to you - are we a perfect fit?

You get genuinely thrilled talking about sales and you do so with a curious and an optimistic attitude. Not only does your grit and willingness to grow transpire into your work, but how you come across as being both mindful, cooperative and ambitious. You love to build lasting relationships and it shows! Previous experience as a Sales Assistant? If so, brilliant. Otherwise: step into our office with your sleeves rolled up, and the spot in our team might just be yours. If you’ve worked in programs such as HubSpot, LinkedIn and InDesign, it’s a plus but not required.

- A degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Alternatively previous experience within sales.
- Are you an afternoon person - preferring to shuffle in to work at 10:00 a.m.? Great, with Gothenburg being 8 hours ahead of both your US colleagues and your clients, in this role it’s essential that you’re open to more flexible office hours. Say hi to slow mornings, perhaps?
- You’re well-versed and comfortable in communicating in both Swedish and English.
- A team player with a contagious can-do attitude.
- If curious, motivating and trustworthy are words that describe you, you’ll be amongst likeminded. Because that’s exactly what we strive to be at TMRW!
