Sales assistant towards the Finnish market

Something for you who wants to have a very varied and evolving administrative work in a sales office environment with a lot customer contacts! Brief description of service: You will be part of the company s "Sales Center" with responsability towards the Finnish market. The work tasks includes to provide service by email and phone externally to Finnish retailers / distributors and internally to the vendors and other departments. You will also have a lot of contacts internally with the headquarters in Denmark / England / France. The duties included, among others recieving orders in SAP,respond to price and supply issues, provide information on campaigns and products, registering complaints, returns, credits. Plan deliveries and orders. Some reporting (order reports, residual order lists, statistics) etc. You will also continously update parts of the web page - adding and deleting users, update profiles, and guide/ educate customers. The role also includes to participate in fairs and other events and sales meetings and product training. Requirements: Swedish / Finnish / English on a fluent level Familiarity and interest in selling environments Service minded teamplayer who can handle stressful situations A careful and positive personality Experience from working at a service desk, customer service or equal Interest in media products Welcome with your application!
