Our offer

The position as sales back-office coordinator allows you to work in a team with colleagues from Sweden, the UK, and France, in an international organization where helping seniors is our core business. At Doro, we strive for work-life balance, to give you a dynamic workplace where you can continue to develop your skills in a team where we co-operate and support each other.

You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms. However, during the pandemic, we mostly work from home and do most of our meetings over Teams.

About the position

The job includes working with the sales order fulfillment process, including receiving orders, book and plan order delivery through the Doro ERP system, order confirmation, coordination with warehouse and carrier. You will also support customers with information and answer questions that may arise. You will work closely with our sales staff.

To be successful in this job, we believe that if you have experience with and a passion for customer service or support, this will be a great match. As a person, you find it essential to be thorough and have an eye for details. We like to have fun together so if you enjoy working in teams, build relationships easily, and are a good communicator, you’ll easily become one in the team. Being flexible can be a good asset since things may change every now and then.  

You need to be fluent in Swedish and English and have experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Prior experience with Navision 18 would be appreciated but not a requirement.
