We are looking for Sales Business Analyst in Oslo with strong analytical and operational experience to support reporting, planning and analysis of promotions and investments across the different sales channels and types of promotions. This position is starting with long contract with MultiMind for our client who is world´s leading IT company.

Onsite schedule: Tuesday-Thursday from Oslo office

Our client is a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. The company is in the market for more than 20 years with a worldwide presence. It is considered one of the Big Five companies in the American information technology industry.

Project Overview:
Neur is a Pixel expansion market and has a target of XXM$ gross revenue for Q4.
Ambition is to double volume the following years and win double digit share in 3 years.
The region is complex, consisting of 4 expansion countries (1 outside of EU), with 4 languages, 4 currencies and 4 launch partners with different set ups and footprints. The region leads the EU´s ranking of Europe´s most advanced Digital Economies and has the highest GDP/ Capita in Europe. The region is the leading region for IOS and there is high potential to create more balance in the ecosystems adding Pixel to the Google portfolio. Resources are very limited with only 1 dedicated Pixel SPM HC.
The focus is to launch Pixel successfully and build the infrastructure with the 4 launch partners in order to be able to scale with additional partners in 2023.
To unlock the potential and build a scalable business we need support to build reporting structures with partners and develop ways of planning, evaluating promotions and tracking promotion effectiveness with partners and build an experience data base.
The team needs analytical and operational sales support. The complexity of mobility products in the retail and carrier space is higher than Nest Hardware.
The ask is to find a TVC with strong analytical and operational experience to support reporting, planning and analysis of promotions and investments across the different sales channels and types of promotions.

Responsibilities/tasks

• Prepare and follow up weekly sell out reporting and structure data to have an immediate overview of the business performance.
• Prepare use of data in FC planning
• Provide the team with relevant sales data structured as store level or target group segments to follow up actuals vs targets per store/region/country/segment
• Analyzing TAM and campaign performance data to proactively improve running campaigns per sales channel.
• Assist in preparing JBP and QBRs
• Prepare X functional business reviews, structure data and compare performance between products, countries and partners and develop action plans to improve performance
• Prepare benchmark reports and learnings from other countries about successful activities and promotions
• Follow up promotion results and investments and calculate ROI and structure learnings in an experience database
• Monthly Tracking of activation data vs sell out data
• Contribute in mapping of new channels opportunities, analyze and structure data to select the most valuable channels and partners for expansion
• Assist in controlling reported data (marketing / sellout data)

Most of the work will be done in Google sheets, structuring the data and conducting analysis of ROI and promotion effectiveness as well as forecast planning and improving Forecast accuracy.

Skill/Experience/Education

• Mandatory+2 years of relevant experience with strong analytical skills, multitasking.
• An eye for details and structuring data points as well as brilliant execution skills to drive process for gate reviews and QBRs etc.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team where flexibility is critical.
• Attention to detail via extensive follow-up and tracking will also be an important aspect of this role.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, follow up several workstreams, scale effectively KPIs and track changes across a large organization and multiple partners and partner managers.
• Strong Background in math´s and statistics or as a business analyst is helpful.
• Need to work independently and understand how to structure data to make is useful and deliver actionable insights.
