As Sales Capability Manager you will be responsible for driving and securing the development of the Sales Capability.

As Sales Capability Manager you will, together with your team, be driving and securing the development of the Sales Capability. You will also continuously develop and improve the Sales Capability Process strengthening the strategic development of all aspects of learning; sales process, product training and application. Together with the Product Sales Training and Support Team you will build and develop strong sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
For example you will be building and embed a living culture of Customer Focused Selling (CFS), managing a continuous training in CFS techniques and supporting the monitoring of the company’s sales performance, benchmarking results and collaboratively working with the business to enhance performance. You will also be responsible for the International Experience Centre in Ath Belgium and activities at locations where we have team members e.g. the service center in Söderköping.
We are looking for you!
An engaged leader and team player to drive the function of Sales Capability and the Product Application and Training team within the department of Product Market Management and Sales Capability. We see that you have a strategic and commercial thinking and have been working for several years in a similar role or related areas of experience.
Experience from the industry, related products, sales and different go to market models, people management, sales training, sales techniques and processes is meritorious.
In the role as Sales Capability Manager you will be reporting to the Director for Product Market Management and Sales Capability.
