In line with the Sandvik Shift strategy – our platform to enable necessary shifts focusing on growth and improved customer service – we’re now looking for a Sales Channel Process Leader for our Parts & Services Division. Your mission
In this position, you support our Sales Areas to develop their use of the sales channels - a key leadership position within the Sales Tools & Processes Team of the Parts & Services Division. Your focus areas are driving sustainability, growth, efficiency, and optimization of all commercial sales channel processes to achieve pro-active sales excellence.
Key performance areas:
Implementation of Sales Channel initiatives, systems and processes according to agreed plans.
Standardize end to end sales channel processes and procedures globally and ensure alignment with aftermarket objectives.
Support sales areas to take ownership of all relevant sales channel processes and applications.
Drive Sales Channel efficiency including definition and measurement of suitable KPIs and identification and spreading of best practices.
Support sales teams to define customer segmentation and profiling.
Work with key stakeholders inside and outside of Parts and Services.
Represent Parts & Services in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), trialling, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Location for this position is in either Amsterdam, Stockholm, Sandviken Tampere or Turku and international travel will be required. You report to the Sales Tools & Processes Team Manager.
Your qualifications
You have a university degree within marketing or business administration preferably combined with a project management qualification or green belt in process improvement. Several years’ working in a Sales Management role in a global environment have given you experience from implementation of sales process optimization projects. You have proven leadership experience within an aftermarket sales environment and excellent change management skills – together with a proven ability to drive best practice in the use of integrated applications to support business requirements. As we work in an international setting, business fluency in English is required.
With your strong stakeholder management experience, you engage key stakeholders at all levels in a global environment. Using your great leadership skills, you motivate and develop others to achieve excellent results. You have a high regard for safety and a track record of leading by example to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
