The Role
The Sales Claims refers to the financial support that BMW Northern Europe gives as an allowance to the dealership when they sell a BMW.
Working as a Sales Claim Handling Assistant will be responsible for the daily operations in terms of sales claim handling for the Swedish market. You will be the first point of contact for our dealerships, regarding questions within the sales claims area. Furthermore, you will have close collaboration with the Swedish Sales team, Controlling and IT.
A crucial responsibility within the role is to understand the comprehensive IT landscape and ensure that the rules for the different campaigns are adhered to always consider the Swedish market
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Handle daily sales claims in a proper and timely manner.
• Support dealers and area managers regarding sales claims questions.
• Organize and maintain a good communication with dealers in a professional manner.
• Support the Team lead for Sales Claim Handling in identifying potentials in reducing complexity in sales campaigns and manual workload regarding sales claims.
• Improve current sales claim processes in the Swedish market together with the Team Lead.
• Follow up incorrect transactions and assist in implementing a new proactive approach.
Qualifications
You are service minded and have a flexible mindset with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks. It is also important that you like administrative tasks and problem-solving. Furthermore, a high willingness for understanding and learning of technical systems is pre-requisite.
To be successful in the role you need to be structured/methodical, proactive self-starter with very good communication skills and with a solid commercial understanding. We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.

This is a temporary position that covering for a maternity leave, that will last one year minimum. We wish you to start immediately.
You will report to our Sales Claim Handling Team Lead and be based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. The office areas are modern and do also include a lunch restaurant and free access to gym.
For this position BMW is in collaboration with Jurek and this means that you will be employed as a consultant by Jurek Talents but work on assignment for BMW.
