Then you might be our new Sales Collaboration Manager!
In IKEA we work together across the value chain to be affordable and accessible for many more of the many people with our fantastic product range. At IKEA of Sweden we are responsible to develop and supply the IKEA product range offer. This is done in the different Home Furnishing Businesses where the Sales team has the responsibility to secure the preconditions for maximizing the sales and growth opportunities with the offer we have, and for creating the optimal conditions for sales and growth with the new offer we are developing in order to enable the IKEA retailers to create a great meeting with our customers. The Sales Collaboration Manager role is placed in the Sales matrix, where we work with different assignments supporting the home furnishing businesses with ways of working, aiming to ensure that the customers successfully meet the IKEA range offer in all our touchpoints all over the world.
In the Sales Collaboration team, we sit as the gearbox between, HFB Sales, Retail markets and Supply. We lead the development of efficient and effective tools, competence and working methods, to optimize the way the home furnishing businesses collaborate with the Retail markets. We lead three processes. Starting with Range classification where we secure through market insights, that we have the most market relevant range in all IKEA markets. We also lead the process of pricing. Through the value-based methodology, we make sure to have a clear and logic way on how our range is developed and priced. Facilitating that our customers in the end understand why different products in a function has different prices. Lastly, we lead IKEAs ways of working with Activity planning, or Sales Action Collaboration, facilitating that the supply chain has the right input to deliver the right quantity, to the right place, at the right time. Driving sales, visitation and growth in the markets.
In this role you will be accountable for that the processes are Easy to use, effective and efficient, enabling all stakeholders to use their time on the right things. We believe that the best way to do this is by being data driven, relevant, providing the right business output in a cost efficient and user friendly manner. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the co-workers in the Sales Collaboration function, nurturing commerciality, enthusiasm, willpower, and co-creation.
As the Sales Collaboration Manager you work in close collaboration with stakeholders from across the IKEA network to secure the collaboration between the Home Furnishing businesses and IKEA retail markets. You will work in close collaboration with supply planning and need to be able to combine working on a strategic level with acting on an operation/tactical level, working together to balance sales and supply.
In this role you will be a part of the Sales management team and report to the Sales Manager in IKEA of Sweden.
