RA Store & Organize

In Range Area (RA) Store & Organize, we develop storage furniture for the many spaces in the home, primary in the living room, but also, for secondary storage. Solutions for all storage needs that are both practical and beautiful - at prices so low that the many people can afford them.
In this role, you will act as the main speaking partner and lead the sales collaboration topics between the Home Furnishing Business (HFB) and IKEA retail markets, to achieve the agreed sales plan and the classification of a relevant IKEA offer. Part of your responsibility will be to lead the sales planning collaboration, which includes sales steering, alignment of activities, agreements on price & volume and follow-up on the sales & supply agreement. Furthermore you´ll lead the range dimensioning collaboration process in the HFB including set commercial classification based on the range portfolio.
Your main responsibilities include:
Collaborating on the sales goals of top families with top markets to secure the best possible prerequisites for success,
Securing that the impact of commercial actions is quantified as a part of the sales action collaboration, together with the supply team,
Leading the collaboration between the HFB and retailers for yearly range classification changes process,
Setting the service level on prioritized products based on the aligned sales plan,
Collaborating with retail related to deviations to the UTG(outgoing products) plan.
About you

Good knowledge in the market and competitor landscape of the Home Furnishing Business that you are accountable for
Good knowledge in the retail environment, customer experience map and how the offer meets the customer in different touch points
Good knowledge in conversion drivers in the different touchpoints in the Home Furnishing Business that you are accountable for
Capability to bring data, information, and knowledge to understanding and transform it into insights within the scope of the assignment
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
