Your future challenges
As Sales Controller for Commercial Sweden, you will be the Co-pilot to the Head of Sales and the commercial organization in the daily operations to drive profitable growth. You will support decision-making with your financial viewpoints and translating these to the commercial organization is key in this role.
Your overall responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly forecasting and financial presentations for sales meetings
Involvement in business cases and support the commercial organization in decision making
Ownership of maintaining pricing framework
Optimizing and challenging status quo on current ways of working and processes
Analysis and support to ensure profitable growth at the customer level, addressing vital elements in the value chain i.e., what we sell, to whom and when
Support promotion evaluation process to maximize the return on investment on trade spend.
Ad hoc analyses
Monthly reporting internally and to headquarters
Actively engage with the Sales Controlling team (located in different countries) to achieve the team’s common objectives, build skills, and continuously improve ways of working



Do you want to be our new colleague?
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Controller for Commercial Sweden. You will be a part of the Nordic Sales Controlling team, which consists of 12 Sales Controllers spread across our Nordic locations. This position is based at our Swedish office in Helsingborg and will report to the Sales controller manager in Sweden.
Our Finance organization is fast-moving and professional, but with an informal and collegial tone. People are our greatest asset and teamwork is key to our success. In this role, you will be able to create a large network across global functions and the local organization. In periods, the work pace is high, but we always have fun together and it is important for us to ensure a good balance between work life and private life.
What will make you successful
To be successful in this role, it is key that you possess a very good business acumen and are able to support and challenge the sales organization and as such be a business partner with a determining influence on the decisions taken in the market. You can embrace both internal and external factors – from internal processes to consumer behavior. In this fast-moving environment that we operate in today, it is important that you are proactive and challenge status quo.
Professional skills: You have a relevant university degree, e.g., Business Administration, Economics or Finance, and min. 3-4 years of relevant experience from controlling and business partnering or similar, preferably from FMCG from a producer or market perspective.
In addition:
You are an experienced user of Excel, Power Point (advantage) and MS Office in general
You are fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages
SAP & BW experience will be seen as a great advantage

You get on well with everyone at all levels of the business as you are dependent on broad cooperation with many different stakeholders. Furthermore, you practice what you preach, and you have the courage to challenge and speak your mind, even with those more senior than you.

possess high analytical skills and pay attention to details
