Our Scandinavian head office is placed in Gothenburg.We are looking for 2 motivated and ambitious contributors that will join our sales coordination team.One of the positions will have focus on our internal systems and processes within sales coordination whilst the other position is directly responsible for the maintenance of our customer base and will require direct contact with customers. Area of responsibility ..Pricing and offering of products to the customers .To develop current as well as new business not yet part of the customer base .Build long term customer relationships .Be an active and central role as the client owner for your customer base .Improve and share market knowledge of trades to sales colleagues and management Essential job tasks .Maintain focus on increasing effectiveness, by drawing upon best practices, as well as ongoing training and educational initiatives .Follow up on sales leads detected be external sales .Ensure we offer market related competitive prices to customers within the targeted time frame .Ensure that we focus on yield optimization in bottleneck corridors and when we have met volume targets .Maintain a high level of data quality in the supporting sales systems .Reinforce APM Group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with APM Group policies in our direct involvement with customers .Monitor Outstanding Freight and adherence to agreed contractual credit terms .Ensure that credit agreements and freetime deals etc.are correctly filed and adhered to Objectives of the position .Increase sales performance (efficiency & effectiveness) .Build competence of clients, markets and industries .Optimize cost of sales .Drive client centric values in the corporation at all levels .Increase customer satisfaction Learning opportunities Develop own Sales capabilities .Learn how best to constructively engage across large parts of the organization to meet customer requirements and generate value .Gain deep insight into the assigned client .Improve analytical understanding Generic Characteristics The ideal candidate will be a person having strong commercial, market & customer understanding, The candidate is able to work under pressure maintaining a positive attitude towards our clients be they external or internal.An individual, who is proactive, decisive, self going, quality driven with a sense of detail and good computer skills.He/she should be able to manage the client portfolio though strong teamwork, networking, communication & collaboration skills.Experience One position minded for staff with focus on processes and data quality.Demonstrated results - performance, known & recognized for living APMM values.A solid experience within the shipping industry will be an advantage.
