Sales Coordinator

The OTF team (Order To Fulfillment), within Parts Supply Chain, Tetra Pak Services handles and administrate shipping of Parts and Maintenance Units to customers around the world and to our internal Distribution Centre (DC) and Regional Distribution Centers (RDC), including issuing all relevant export documentation. We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. You’ll report to Manager OTF & SOS in Lund. 
What you will do
As Sales Coordinator in the OTF Team you’ll play a vital role in Part Supply Chain handling administrative work of an order, from initial contact with our DC to coordination and follow-up of transportation to Regional Warehouses and to our final customers. 
You will focus on:
Main contact to our RDC and DC
Coordinate the parts flow to Market Companies and end customers
Plan, coordinate and book all transports to RDC, DC and final customers
Responsible for invoicing and issuing all relevant export documentation
Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, at the lowest cost
Work in close cooperation with our warehouse and forwarders to meet daily/weekly deadlines

This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. This is a permanent position.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person that is result-oriented and service-minded. You have no problem working on various tasks at the same time. Your work is highly structured, ensuring accuracy on a detailed level. You can work independently but you’re also a team player and enjoy co-operating with others to solve work tasks in the most efficient way. You have at least three years of experience from other or preferably similar administrative work. You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package. Very good if you have been working with SAP and have previous shipping experience.
The position requires very good communication skills. You need to be fluent in English both written and verbally.
