Sales Coordinator / Säljkoordinator

Vi söker nu för vår uppdragsgivare Samsung Electronic Nordic AB:s räkning en Sales Coordinator för omgående tillsättning, uppdraget är på två år med stor möjlighet till förlängning.
Placeringen är på Samsungs nordiska huvudkontor i Kista Science City.

We are looking for a driven consultant as our new Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator will play a proactive and central role in supporting, facilitating and improving the Sales work in terms of systems, processes, follow-up and other business-critical areas. We are looking for a service minded and driven person that wants to be a part of an innovative and inspiring company within the CE AV team. This is a consultant role that we need consistent, to be part of our journey.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/AREAS of RESPONSIBILITY:
Monthly / Weekly / Ad Hoc Reporting:
- Supporting Sales Management and Business Control with regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by the business
- Responsible for following up mentioned reports and taking action where needed
- Play a central part in proactively creating/managing and presenting reports to support business needs and enhance efficiency
- First line of support for report-related questions
Marketing – Budget follow-up and support:
- First line of support regarding marketing planning systems and processes
- Responsible for proactively follow up on open marketing items to maximize marketing budget utilization
- Responsible for creating marketing plan proposals and for ensuring marketing plans are sufficient
- Project lead of Sales related contracts, fairs and events with customers
Contract administration:
- Administrate all customer contracts in the country
- Knowledge about contract process and guidelines
- Support all local contract owners and the Nordic contracts assigned to one country
- Create and manage Contract summaries list
Krav och färdigheter
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Prior experience in administration and/or system and process administration - preferably two years experience
- Feeling confident using excel as a daily tool (pivots, V -Lookup, tables etc)
QUALIFICATIONS MERITING:
- Experience from working with analyzing sales statistics in Excel or Business Intelligence system
- Experience from SAP or other ERP-system
- Experience from working in CRM systems
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to handle high work peaks in a dynamic working environment
- Able to see solutions instead of obstacles with a positive attitude
- Good judgement of prioritizing work depending on urgency and importance
- Service minded and driven with a focus to deliver
- Good analytical skills and a sense for details without losing the big picture
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions
- English and Swedish both written and spoken
