We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our customers in all steps from order to delivery. Your location will be Skutskär and you will be working in the Biomaterials Division. You will report to Manager CSC and Supply Chain.

As a Sales Coordinator, you have a very important role in all steps from order to delivery for our customers. You coordinate and take care of customers around the world, answering order requests about stock and delivery times and investigate and solve customers' problems. You are the hub of contact both internally and externally and handle a large network of contacts between both different departments and other international Customer Service Centers within Stora Enso. The work involves everything from order and transport bookings to invoicing and customer forecast.
There’s a lot of responsibility in this role since the stakeholders are many and demanding. Your plan will change a lot and requires fast decisions to handle all the different situations. The CSC and Supply Chain team are a team very welded together and you will have good support from both manager and colleagues.

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have some experience from customer service, sales, warehouse operation or another relevant field where you’ve had to handle many points of contacts. Your proficiency is based on a University degree in Engineering or Economics preferably towards Logistics, Supply Chain or another relevant area. Experience in working in SAP is an asset but not a requirement. You are a great communicator with excellent negotiation skills, and you communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
As a person you are a social and humble team player who can keep calm and be on top of everything. You always listen and hear people out and with your great problem-solving skills you see changes as new possibilities.

The Biomaterials division meets the growing demand for the replacement of products made from fossil-based and hazardous materials with bio-based solutions. We use all fractions of biomass, like lignin and sugars, to develop new solutions. We work to replace fossil-based materials with new applications such as carbon for energy storage, bio-based binders, and bio-based carbon fiber. The division's offering includes a wide variety of pulp grades to meet the demands of paper, board, tissue, textile and hygiene product producers as well as materials from side streams of our processes, such as tall oil and turpentine from biomass.
