Sales coordinator

Valmet's Stock Preparation and Recycled Fiber (SPR) business unit supplies solutions and equipment to process raw materials for board and paper industry. We are now looking for a dedicated Sales coordinator for our Services business.
In this position you'll be responsible for Administration of services proposals and orders, you will have direct contact with local Valmet sales representatives as well as customers.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have good experience from working with international sales in the pulp and paper industry or a similar industry.
You should be committed and engaged to support our customers in a timely fashion.
This role is based in Stockholm, in our office in Liljeholmen.
Position requirements
To be successful in this position we want you to have the following qualifications:
Suitable technical education and experience of similar tasks, preferably 2-5 years or more.
Experience in technical proposal and order handling with international customers.
Knowledge in Incoterms, and payment terms (L/C handling).
Experience of working in a business system, preferably 2-5 years or more.
Capability to work against deadlines.
Good administration and project coordination skills.
Ability to adapt and change priorities when schedules are changing.
Strong inter-personal skills in dealing with people from different cultures.
Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).

You are a structured team player who can easily adapt to different cultures and working environments. You are comfortable using the MS Office suite.
Valmet use LN business system (quotations, orders, inventory). If you have worked in LN or any other business system it is considered a merit.
