What you will do:

- You will support the BD team with developing relationships with current customer and prospective customers/sponsors with the goal of increasing sales and acquiring new customers/Sponsors.
- Coordinate company-sponsored events such as DIA China, dTrial, SCDM China and outbound marketing campaigns, webinars etc. designed to stimulate more brand and product awareness, both online and offline.
- Being the contact person for company-sponsored events in China and managing the registration, booth set up, marketing materials, and giveaways, etc.
- Book meetings in advance for business development colleagues as well as follow up all leads generated from Summits, webinars, and other events
- Manage and maintain company Chinese Website and Wechat account content
- Work and collaborate with global marketing team to execute local marketing activities
- Research companies in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Contract Research Organization (CRO) industries on the Internet, industry publications, and third-party tools to identify new targets and selling opportunities
- Be meticulous and consistent with adding all the information in the CRM for Chinaaccounts with names, job titles, reach out numbers - are 100% + up to date
- You will work very closely with your Business Development counterparts, Marketing Director, as well be a team player in the Viedoc China team
- You will report to Vice President of Business Development, APAC with whom you will be regularly discussing your activities, outcomes, quarterly plan, training needs etc.


About you:

- Good networker and a natural conversationalist

- Native in Chinese and fluent in English, verbal and written

- High integrity and strong work ethics

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Business or Marketing related
