About the work:
As a Sales Coordinator, you work closely with our Customer and Marketing Manager, where you are responsible for supporting the sales and development of our customer bases. You will be a part of our global sales & marketing team, with a primary focus on the European market
You will have a role in developing trust relationships with our existing customers in Europe, by continuously meeting customers’ expectations
The duties include supporting and coordinating our sales activities, managing, and structuring quotations and agreements, creating a functional structure for sales administration and compiling sales data and presentations
In addition, you coordinate and support in planning, implementation, and follow-up of sales activities. We believe that you also would like to take responsibility for both following up and analyzing sales statistics, and report this further internally in the organization.
Description of Work Scope:
• Ordinary communication and active follow-up with customers and internal departments for the related information
• Customers’ different systems learning and process activities
• Reply other questions asked by Customers and related parties
• Departmental documents and data summary
• Other activities related to marketing asked by Key Account Manager
Experience & Personal Qualification:
• College or bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, service and administration, B2B experience preferred
• Good knowledge of the Office suite - mainly Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing, as your nearest manager only speaks English
• Result oriented, customer focused.
• Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
