Sales coordinator, BioGaia Stockholm

We need someone to:
- Coordinate the work of some 10 colleagues that are a tight team considering the fact that they are originally from completely different parts of the world like Chile, Hong Kong, Finland, Spain and Sweden.
- Arrange conferences and meetings in any or all of the 90 countries where our probiotic products are sold.
- Focus on administrative work and to support the above mentioned colleagues and help them support our partners.

What else do you need to know:
- BioGaia’s products are sold by partners in more than 90 countries and you will interact with most of them and meet many of them in partner meetings at BioGaia or in their respective countries.
- When we talk about our “culture” we mean either the warm family feeling within the company or the healthy probiotic bacteria culture we use in our products.
- Our office could not have a better location, a 7-minute walk from the Central Station even in snowy weather.
- You will report to BioGaia’s Head of Sales.
