Vitrolife is an exciting global company within the med tech industry and at Vitrolife we feel pride in both our vision and our products. We are now looking for a sales coordinator to join our sales team at our headquarters in Gothenburg.
This position will overview, monitor, and coordinate all sales activities within the EMEA region, it also requires administrative tasks as well as regulatory and quality related responsibilities.
This is a full-time position based at our head office in Gothenburg. You will be joining a team of four colleagues and report to Sales Director EMEA Distributors.
The position includes:
Coordination and planning of internal and external workshops, congresses, events, distributor meetings, sales meetings and trainings in EMEA
Resource prioritization and allocation for activities
Overview, monitoring, coordination and in some cases handling of regulatory requests, applications and renewals for product registrations and related documents together with the RA department
Overview and monitoring requirements for import/export documents and processes required in the region and in some cases generating related documentation
Quality projects in EMEA Distributor Markets (e.g. package inserts translations and reviews, quality control audits)
Management of sales support material and give-aways for EMEA Distributor markets
Single point of contact for general/administrative questions coming from EMEA distributors and clinic chains
Key customers: ensure prioritized attention is given to key customers regarding administrative matters
Intranet content and user management

The position requires:
A self-driven personality, comfortable in taking initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
5 years’ experience from similar positions - administrative roles within a multinational organization
Experience with dealing with customers and regulatory bodies
Experience from organizing and coordinating events
A structured and organized way of working
Great communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Good understanding of MS Office applications

It would be great if you had:
Experience from medical device industry
Swedish language skills
