Sales Coordinator Internal sales

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will handle the internal sales to our production companies and Dynapac Distribution Centre. Besides the Swedish factory, Dynapac has roller manufacturing in Brazil, India and China and our main distribution center for spare parts is in Germany.
The role is to be a link between our company and other Dynapac production companies and Dynapac Distribution Centre.
You will also be the main internal contact with production planning, call off and our factory warehouse.
You will have the overview of the whole flow from order to shipment. We strive to always improve our ways of working, so continuous process development will be a natural part of your work as well.
Some main tasks
· Manage customer orders
· Coordinate and communicate delivery times
· Book transports
· Invoicing and create shipping documents
Education and experience
You should have a few years of experience of working with customer support, logistic and shipping.
· Knowledge in logistic and customer service
· Experience of SAP businessystem
· Good knowledge in Excel and Word
· Good knowledge in communicating orally, and in writing, in both Swedish and English (other languages are meriting)
Personality
· You have a good analytical and problem-solving ability and can independently plan and prioritize your tasks
· You have a good ability to work in teams while you have the independence to drive your own work forward.
· You are customer oriented, committed and can focus on many things at the same time.
