What will you be doing?

• As Sales Coordinator Parts you are a key interface for dealers to the company. You will be the go-to person when it comes to parts order and logistics questions. Your responsibilities will be to support the Region Europe and International Dealers with their daily parts order and logistic questions. You will manage the order processes and systems needed.
• You will drive backorder recovery activities in co-operation with GTO Logistic Services backorder recovery team, procurement team and refill team.
• Secure and develop the cross-functional cooperation and processes with Global functions and Group Truck Operations throughout the whole supply chain. 
• Support Region EU/Int Market Areas in supply/logistic issues.
• Secure Dealer competence in order handling process and order systems and perform Dealer training.
• Actively support continuous improvement activities within the organization as well as the Dealers.
• Occasional travels are also required for this position.

Required knowledge and experiences for the position:

• University degree within logistics or other relevant area/experience
• Logistics experience, preferable from aftermarket business
• Knowledge in building system support tools (Excel, Power BI, Qlick view etc).
• Building networks in a multi- cultural environment
• Experience from international customer support is an asset
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Additional languages are an advantage
