This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Sales Coordinator you will be part of a small team and work with the Operator sales department across the globe. The role is diverse and require a ”can do” attitude while being a fast learner. Your main task is to help and assist Account Managers around the globe in various projects. This means manage the support renewal process, including quotation and invoicing, for parts of the Operator Division’s global customer base using Salesforce and their ERP system SAP. Since you’ll have a close collaboration with Business Control and Management, you will be responsible to ensure timely and accurate financial forecasts are made available. You will assist the global sales teams in leads follow-up and reporting using their CRM tool.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Academic degree within finance or equivalent or similar work experience
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and speech
• Strong computer skills and good knowledge in Excel
• Hugh interest in systems and CRM/ERP tools
