Sales Coordinator

Rekryteringsgruppen in Stockholm AB are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to one of our customer´s Nordic CFO organization. Our customer is a multinational electronics company and provides an enjoyable and developing work place.

Working as a Sales Coordinator will make you a part of the company´s Sales, Administration and Control department. Your duties will focus on finance and administration and you will act as a contact person for the CFO organization. You will also assist the sales organization in matters of invoice payment, cost monitoring and system training. One of you tasks as a Sales Coordinator will include applying commercial contract into the sales program. To fit the profile we believe that you are analytic, solution orientated and structured as a person. We also think that you are as good with numbers as you are at communicating.

Main responsibilities


* Secure efficient system usage and development.
* Monitoring SP budget progress, communicating with sales team and reporting to finance manager and CFO.
* Understand the financial statement structure and analyze the cost upon request.
* External reporting to customers and associations.
* Sales program set up in the system.
* Monitoring sales team´s regulatory performance in terms of HQ policy.
* Analyze and apply commercial contracts into the sales program.

Your Qualifications


* Bachelor in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
* Minimum 1-3 years working experience within Finance, Accounting or similar.
* You have a structured work approach.
* You are a business and performance driven person with high integrity and professionalism.
* You are good at communicating and have good cooperation skills.
* You have a good ability to work independently as well as in teams.
* Your are fluent in English.
