Sales Coordinator to AB LIndex

Is coordination the key to success something you agree on? Do you have experience of working within sales and marketing ordering and do you have an interest around sustainability? We are looking for a Sales coordinator to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg.

Your role in our team. You are part of our department Global Sales, and the sales controlling team. The team is responsible for the global controlling and follow up on budgets for all sales channels as well as Lindex non-commercial ordering of consumable goods.

As Sales coordinator, you contribute to making Lindex grow by administrating and performing tasks connected to our sales and marketing orders. You are an active partner to the team as well as cross groups by performing follow ups, make analysis and reports that helps Lindex make cost efficient decisions. As sustainability is one of our focus areas, you will contribute to our goals by regularly do follow up on our energy consumption and waste management in own operation. You will also contribute to future actions and development within the area.

University degree within economics or equivalent
Previous work experience from administrative work in an international environment
English, both written and spoken
A skilled user of excel and other Microsoft Office Applications, outlook and other relevant tools
Meritorious: work experience from a B2C company within retail
