Lignin Industries is a young, innovative, and fast-growing company in the biotech sector. The company have patented a revolutionary technology transforming lignin, the most abundant unused biopolymer on earth, into a renewable and functional biomaterial replacing fossil-based plastics and aims to supply the plastic industry with a high performing material that will be converted into plastic bags, packaging materials, bottles, etcetera.

Job description
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have an important role in administratively supporting the sales team and providing customers with a high level of service. The role is broad and is characterized by a great deal of personal responsibility with varied tasks. You will work with everything from delivery monitoring, order handling and sales administration to contact with our customers.

Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinators is responsible for the administrative tasks and have an important role in the sales team with the goal to enable a rapid growth of Lignin Industries.
In summary, your responsibilities include:

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Delivery monitoring, including packing smaller shipments
• Handle customer invoices
• Sales and project administration
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
• Market research of new markets and prospects
• Customer management
• Sales support
• Contract management

Qualifications
• 1-3 years´ experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

It is meritorious with:
• Experience from CRM systems
• Experience from sales in startups
• Experience in international sales
• Experience of legal documents
• Experience in the plastics/bioplastics industry
• Additional language skills (Spanish, German, French, Chinese)
